alright a need a new oc that is an eevee because i want one
 so i wanted to make a contest
basically you make me a oc and if your oc wins it will be used, if it doesn't win you may ether keep it or sell it as an adopt or just get rid of it entirely
PRIZES:
1st:  i use the oc, 10 points, and 2 free adopts
2nd: i use the oc, 5 points and 1 free adopt
3rd: i use the oc, 1 point and a llama
4th: i used the oc and 1 fav
5th and under: i use the oc
